Whenever I am really pressed for time, which seems to be a lot, I head over to the freezer aisle to find dinner for the night. Some might go for the pre-made meals but I’m not always confident I know exactly what is in them. Instead, I opt for a bag of Cooked Perfect Meatballs, usually Italian, and a bag or two of frozen vegetables.
It gives me the nice balance of healthy eating in a fast amount of time. When I get home, we have a well-balanced meal in under 30 minutes easily. Every now and then we add pasta, but sometimes we just don’t need it! The meatballs and veggies are great on their own!
